La Kaz à Delices is a cosy and casual restaurant on the street facing the Rivière-Sens Marina just outside of Basse-Terre. It is a perfect lunch place for workers from the surrounding area. The restaurant serves just a few dishes, but the menu changes every day. The day I ate there, there was a dishes such as tomato tart, quiche, chicken in white wine sauce. The cuisine is not spectacular, but it is honest and prepared with care.See also: Le Sentier du Houëlmont.
